Agent Experience eLearning
This eLearning module was part of the software onboarding process for customers purchasing the company's SaaS solution. The objective was to provide interactive eLearning support for call center agents using the desktop client application.
The 11-minute course was divided into four interactive modules with intermittent knowledge check sections. I designed a seamless onboarding learning experience tailored for all customer learning groups (system administrators, agents, and developers). The main change from previous module designs was the primary color scheme, which was green for this module. Additionally, I adhered to Google Material Design guidelines to align the module's appearance with the company's desktop client application.
The e-Learning module received positive reviews and feedback. However, while the hidden menu option enhanced the user experience, it proved to be tedious for learners. Subsequently, I developed a non-distracting and visually appealing navigation menu that remained visible to learners at all times.
