Project Background

The Change Management portion of the client's customer journey requires a series of content  that the company provides to customers during  adoption of the client's software solution. I needed to design a two-to five-minute video to the customers' call center agents that communicated how the software solution would impact them, what they should expect in the coming time period, and what they should do when they receive the product's application on their desktops. The video needed to be scalable enough to be relevant to all customers who adopted the product.

Course Features

I designed a microlearning video template that featured an animated character on top of a generic call center background. The video is easily customizable to coincide with updated versions of the client's software product screens, features, functionality and user interface. The character may also be replaced with one of may substitute characters I created with a different gender and ethnicity.

Result and Feedback

The video received positive feedback for its simplicity and scalability. It will be provided to new customers later in the year.
